Our jewelry is crafted by our expert team of jewelers. Nearly all of our products are made in Italy. Some of our manufacturing is done elsewhere such as here in Toronto.

At Luxx, you'll never see any brass, stainless steel, or nickel. We work exclusively with precious metals such as silver, gold, rhodium, palladium and platinum. Our specialty is solid 925 sterling silver with a rhodium finish.

The difference between fine jewelry and costume jewelry can be quite simple: it comes down to the materials it’s made with.

Costume jewelry, also known as fashion jewelry, is usually made with base metals such as brass or steel. Costume jewelry has a small lifespan and is prone to breaking, fading or discoloring. Costume jewelry often has poor quality, as it’s mostly made by machines and/or in China.

Fine jewelry is used to describe jewelry made of only gold, sterling silver, platinum, or other precious metals. Fine jewelry may come at an elevated price point, but the excellent craftsmanship, value and longevity of these pieces are well worth the investment.

If you receive the jewelry and the size still isn't perfect, we'd be glad to exchange it for you.

No. Our fine jewelry is made from materials which are safe, even for sensitive skin. They are free from any lead, nickel or other harsh metals which are common in a lot of the costume jewelry you’ll find advertised online.

United States - We include everything in our jewelry prices. You will NOT pay any tax on our website, and you will NOT be charged any taxes/duties when receiving the package. Canada - You will NOT be charged any duties, as we ship from our HQ in Toronto. International - We do NOT charge any tax, however your order will be subject to any applicable import taxes or duties as determined and collected by your local government.

You can enjoy free shipping on all orders in the United States and Canada. For international orders, shipping prices are calculated at checkout.

All orders come with free package tracking. After your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can see where your package is and when it will arrive.

We want you to love your jewelry. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange, or your money back. To begin the process, please contact us. Jewelry must be in new/unused condition. Full details on our return policy here.

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry with a limited Lifetime Warranty which is valid for the duration of the original purchaser’s lifetime. We guarantee that upon receiving the product, every item is free of material and manufacturing defects. If you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacturer defects, the warranty entitles you to a one-time repair of the piece - free of charge. Warranty is voided on user damage issues and does not cover normal jewelry wear and tear, loss, or theft. Warranty is non-transferable. For any problems not covered under the warranty, you will be directed to our repair portal for servicing.

We pride ourselves on the ability to get your orders shipped very quickly, which means if you need to cancel your order please reach out to us via email as soon as possible. We will do our best to get your order canceled but if your order has already been fulfilled/shipped, there is no way of canceling it.

We accept many payment options to make your shopping experience more convenient. You can pay via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay, or Shop Pay.

Our prices are listed in US dollars. For Canadian and international customers, you can still pay as normal with your preferred payment method. The currency will automatically be converted to your local currency when you are charged for your order.

When you’re shopping for a pendant, if you select a chain to go with it (via the “Chain” dropdown), the price is listed automatically as a bundle deal. This is between $50 and $100 off from the price for the chain and pendant on their own. For example: Chain is $150 + Pendant is $125 = $275 total, but if you buy them together on the pendant page it is a bundle deal for only $180.
